All NODAC TECHNOLOGY products are warranted for one year from the invoiced purchase date. Warranty covers parts and labor for one year. Warranty does not cover any items that have been mishandled or damaged.
The product can be returned for a refund only for a 30 days period from the invoiced purchase date.
- Shipping cost and insurance for warranty service items are buyer’s responsibility.
Defective items can be returned for refund or replacement under following restrictions:
- All products must be returned in original condition including packaging, documentation, manuals, and accessories.
- Special order items can only be returned for exchange if defective. No returns or refunds will be accepted on special order items.
- All warranty repair or replacement item will be returned back to buyer by UPS ground service.
- Returned items for refund that are found to be non-defective will be subject to 20% restocking fee. Shipping and insurance fee are non-refundable.
- Warranty on all items that have been mishandled or damaged is voided.
- Items that are determined to be free from damage will be exchanged or refunded. (See Returns Section)
- Warranty does not apply on physical damaged item. If item was damaged during the shipping, buyer must contact www.ups.com and must contact NODAC TECHNOLOGY within one business day after item was delivered.
Special orders, including customized products, require 3 – 5 business days. Additional time for quality control and diagnostic testing.
Most merchandise is shipped from within 1 – 2 business days from your order is placed with payment. Items placed on back order are shipped as soon as they become available. NODAC TECHNOLOGY recommend all buyers to check the availablity when place order.
All pricing, shipping information is subject to change without notice. Final order specifications and amounts, including tax and shipping, will be communicated following receipt of your online order.
All returns require a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. RMA number can only be issued through NODAC TECHNOLOGY technical support department. Buyer must contact NODAC TECHNOLOGY. by phone or e-mail to request RMA number. RMA number is valid for a 15 days. If buyer does not return the item/s within 15 days, RMA number will be voided. Any RMA returned to us with a RMA number past the 15 days, item will be refused and return back to the sender’s address appear on the package. It is recommended that all returns be made via a traceable carrier such as FedEx, UPS or Certified Mail. All return for refund will be charged with 15% restocking fee. KCUSA Computers allows 30 days from the date merchandise is received to issue the refund. Shipping and insurance fee are non-refundable in any case.
NODAC TECHNOLOGY is not responsible for items that are mishandled, lost or damaged during shipment. RMA numbers must be legibly listed on the outside of the package.
NODAC TECHNOLOGY will not accept any shipments without a valid RMA.
All opened or used software are non-refundable under any condition
Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
